"Tia is great. Listens. Takes time to understand."
"This was the first time I have seen this provider. She seemed to be concerned about the time frame of the appointment - 15 minutes - and actually told me when I asked a question that "unfortunately this appointment was scheduled as a 15 minute consultation" and that there was not sufficient time to discuss another concern. Results of the blood work were verbally summarized which made it challenging for me to participate. We did review the list of medications and noted that one has not been taken for approx. 6 years so she stated she would remove it. Instead I received a call from the pharmacy asking me when I was going to pick up the prescription - it was mistakenly activated and ordered. I called the office and spoke to a nurse who, in turn, spoke to the provider and then called me back to say the notation in the records was that the medicine had not been used for several years. Did not seem to know how the prescription had been ordered."
