Mount Nittany Health’s patient portal, My Mount Nittany Health, is an online tool to make managing your health easier and more convenient.

With the My Mount Nittany Health patient portal app, you can take advantage of the many features of our patient portal on your mobile device, including:

Easily and securely accessing your health records
Sending secure messages and appointment requests to your provider
Conducting telehealth visits with your provider
