Mount Nittany Health is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Hazey, MD, to Mount Nittany Physician Group Dermatology.
“As a healthcare provider, listening to the patient and being a shared decision maker in their care is my focus, so Mount Nittany Physician Group’s patient-centered approach fits perfectly with my own philosophy of care,” says Dr. Hazey.
Dr. Hazey earned his bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and his Doctor of Medicine from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. He completed his residency in dermatology at University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Hazey is board certified in dermatology.
“I met my wife at Penn State and I am excited to return to a place I once called home,” says Dr. Hazey. “I look forward to serving this wonderful community.”
Outside of the office, Dr. Hazey enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
