Located in State College, Pa., Mount Nittany Health’s pulmonary rehabilitation program is a six-week class series designed to help people with chronic lung disease, such as severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Using exercise, education and support, the classes are designed to provide structured, monitored physical activity to improve breathing and quality of life for patients.
