Located in State College, Pennsylvania, Mount Nittany Health’s pulmonary rehabilitation program is a six-week class series designed to help people with chronic lung disease, such as severe asthma or COPD.

Using exercise, education and support, the classes are designed to provide structured, monitored physical activity to improve breathing and quality of life for patients.

Conveniently located at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College., the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Mount Nittany Health can help patients breathe — and live — better.

Classes are offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, located at 1800 East Park Avenue in State College.
