The Ostomy Support Group was formed to provide education, information, and support for people who have had or will have intestinal or urinary diversions. It's open to all - including family members and friends - who want to meet to share experiences and expertise in managing ostomy. Discussions range from travel to food and diet and often feature guest speakers. Support groups meet the second Sunday of the month (exceptions: May - on the 3rd Sunday of the month due to Mothers Day; no meetings July and August) from 2p-3pm at the Mount Nittany Medical Center ground floor conference rooms.
