  2. After clicking “Sign Up,” you will be taken to the Enrollment page.
  3. Fill out the form, “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions, and click the “Submit” button.

How do I log in to My Mount Nittany Health?

Visit our website at MyMountNittanyHealth.com.

Click on the “Log In” button on the right side of the screen.

Type your logon ID and password into the boxes provided on the login screen, then click the blue “Log On” button.

If you forgot your logon ID, click on the “Forgot Logon ID?” link located on the login page.

How do I log in to the My Mount Nittany Health mobile app?

App IconYou can access your My Mount Nittany Health patient portal account from your mobile device.

Download our patient portal app for free in the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android devices by searching for “MEDITECH MHealth.” Once downloaded, select “Mount Nittany Health” from the list of portals to login to your account.

How do I update my email address?

After signing in to your account, click on the “Preferences” link at the bottom of your screen.

Click on the “Update User Preferences” button on the right side of the screen.

Follow the instructions below, and submit.

How do I change my My Mount Nittany Health password?

After signing in to your account, click on the “Preferences” link at the bottom of your screen.

Click on the “Change Password” button on the right side of the screen.

How do I add children/dependents to my account?

After signing in to your account, click on “Add a Peron Request” under the links section.

Fill out the form that follows and click “Submit” to send your request to our Medical Records department for processing.

How do I link an adult to an account?

After signing in to your account, click on the "Profile" button, located at the top right of your screen.

Click on the “Shared Access” button on the right side of the screen.

Click on the “Create Invitation” button in the center of the screen.

Fill out the following information.

You can choose which sections of your portal you would like to allow access to.

The person you are giving access to will receive an email invitation to the email address you provided with instructions to login and access your account.

How can I send a message to my provider?

After signing in to your account, click on the "Messages" button, located at the top left of your screen.

Click on the “Send Message” button on the right side of the screen.

Select your provider’s name from the dropdown list.

Type your healthcare question and a subject in the boxes that appear and click “Send.”

Please note that you will only be able to message providers with whom you are an established patient.

How can I request an appointment?

After signing in to your account, click on the "Appointments" button, located at the top center of your screen.

Click on the “Request Appointment” button on the right side of the screen.

Select your appointment location, the type of appointment, your provider, and reason for visit from the dropdown lists.

On the next screen, you can enter the time of day and day of the week that you would like an appointment and add any comments you may have.

On the final screen, you can enter your contact information and add any other details you may have.

Once you submit your request, it will display as “Pending” until a member of your care team processes your request.

How do I log out?

Look for the "Log Off" link in the top right corner of your screen.

We recommend clicking this at the end of every session. We do not recommend simply closing your browser to attempt to end your session. Since your patient portal account can contain protected health information, we strongly recommend that you protect the safety of your information by using the appropriate Logout link provided in My Mount Nittany Health.

What browsers are supported?

While any browser could allow you to access My Mount Nittany Health, we recommend using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

Any DSL or broadband connection will enable you to access and comfortably use My Mount Nittany Health. If you are unable to access MyMountNittanyHealth.com from work or a public location, please check with your systems administrator to make sure the computer you are using allows you to access external websites.

Why won’t the My Mount Nittany Health page open?

Please ensure that you are using a supported browser. If you are using a supported browser, you could be experiencing connection problems at your location, or our website might be down. If you are still not able to access the website after a few attempts and have checked to make sure that there is not an Internet connection problem at your location (you can test this by going to any other website), please click here to fill out our technical support form.

How can I change my profile information?

After signing in to your account, click on the "My Profile" button, located at the top right of your screen.

Click on the “Update Profile” button on the right side of the screen.

Here you can update your email address, demographic information, and a primary and secondary contact.

How do I navigate between my account, and my child/dependents account?

Look for the "Change Person" link in the top right corner of your screen.

I have logged in to the portal, but I am not able to view my most recent lab test results.

After signing in to your account, click on the "Health Record" button, located at the top left of your screen.

You can request the most up-to-date version of your health record summary be transferred to your account by clicking the “Health Summary” button.

There you can click on one of the health summary documents and choose “Create New Health Record Summary” on the right-hand side to submit your request.

If we have any new information on file for you from a recent visit, it will display in this new summary document.

Please note, it may take several minutes for the document to compile.

How do I connect my health tracker?

After signing into your account, click on the “Health Tracker” button, located at the top center of your screen.

Click on the “Health Tracker Settings” button on the right side of the screen.

Check the boxes for the measures you would like to track, and click the “Connect” link beside each of those measures.

Locate your health tracker App and click the “Connect” button.

Log in with your heath tracker App’s login information.

What are the camera and internet speed recommendations for a Telehealth visit?

Camera Recommendation:  720p @ 30fps maximum.

 

Internet Speed Recommendation: A minimum dedicated 350kb/s down per downloaded stream, as well as 350kb/s up per uploaded stream to maintain a stable video connection.
