Depending on the type of condition that you wish to treat, Dr. Peterson will be able to recommend if the IPL service or another type of treatment is best for you during your consultation. She will also be able to give an estimate as to how many treatments will be needed to achieve the desired results.
Patients typically feel minimal discomfort from the IPL procedure, and depending on the type of condition being treated, the appointment may only take a few minutes. Some conditions require as few as two or three treatments to see noticeable results.
