Board of Trustees

Mount Nittany Medical Center is governed by a Board of Trustees who volunteer for a four-year term and can serve up to three terms. An annual meeting is held every September and is open to the public. At the annual meeting in September, reports are presented by the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Treasurer and the Chief of the Medical Staff.

Our Board of Trustees provides leadership and guidance to ensure that we fulfill our mission of delivering high-quality care and service to every patient, every day. Dedicated to serving the community, these volunteers spend countless hours overseeing the mission of this Medical Center and its services.
