Peripheral Arterial Disease

Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) occurs when plaque buildup results in narrowing or blockage of the arteries carrying blood from the heart to the legs.

Symptoms include:

  • Leg pain especially with activity relieved with rest (claudication)
  • Leg weakness or numbness
  • Leg coolness or discoloration
  • Non-healing ulcers/sores

Varicose & Spider Veins

Do you often hide your legs because of the way they look? Have you noticed spider veins or bulging varicose veins? Do you suffer from swelling of the legs? Tired or heavy legs?

Symptoms include:

  • Leg swelling
  • Leg aching/discomfort
  • Leg heaviness
  • Bulging, painful varicose veins
  • Itching veins
  • Bleeding veins
  • Skin discoloration
  • Ulcers (in more advanced disease)
