Creating an average of more than 2,000 meals a day takes a full team effort.
A team of about 60 staff members, working both in the kitchen and on the serving line, is led by a professional chef to ensure the best possible meals for our patients.

Chef Glenn empowers his kitchen team by encouraging them to try out new recipes of their own creation to complement daily specials. About 15 cooks work in the kitchen, creating delicious meals from a combination of experience and experimentation. An additional 20 people serve meals to guests, working hard to ensure every person's experience with the culinary team is not just adequate but outstanding.
