Family Medicine Seminar: Management of Hyperglycemia in Type 2 Diabetes: Medications
The Family Medicine Seminar Series is held monthly in the Galen and Nancy Dreibelbis Auditorium at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

At the completion of this program the participants should be able to:
- Summarize current diabetes guidelines and resources
- Identify usual diabetes medications and management of hyperglycemia in Type 2 Diabetes
- Define and implement proper medication use per guideline management in a patient-centered approach
- Explain side effects and contraindications of diabetes medications
