Mount Nittany Health is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Crawford, PA-C, to Mount Nittany Physician Group Endocrinology.

“My goal is to treat patients the way I would treat my own mother,” says Crawford. “Everyone is someone’s loved one, and I believe in providing compassionate care to each person.”

Crawford earned his bachelor’s degree in biobehavioral health from The Pennsylvania State University, where he was a recipient of the Bunton-Waller Undergraduate Fellows Scholarship, and graduated with distinction. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.

For the past 12 years, Crawford has been an active mentor in Penn State’s College of Health and Human Development Alumni Mentoring Program.

“I’m excited to be part of Mount Nittany Health and to serve the people of this area,” Crawford shares. “The positive reputation of the health system is impressive and the community has been incredibly welcoming.”

Crawford enjoys traveling, home improvement projects and spending time outdoors. He and his partner share their home and 30-acre property with their menagerie of rescue animals.
