At the start of the New Year, many of us make resolutions to improve our health. Mount Nittany Health is proud to offer the following educational class to help you stay on track with your health goals.
Registered dietitians from Mount Nittany Health welcome you to attend their Healthy Weight for Life weight loss/management class series to learn how to lose or manage weight to help you feel your best.
The next Healthy Weight for Life class series will be held every Tuesday in January (23 & 30) and February (6, 13, 20 & 27) from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, in Mount Nittany Medical Center's ground floor conference room 1, 1800 East Park Avenue, State College.
Each class will explore the many ways to reach weight goals, including how to live a healthy life. A pre-and-post program evaluation will be provided. The cost to attend is $25, which includes a three-month follow-up class.
