Stacy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), among others. She holds a DEA License and has completed UHBS training course for supervising Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

“Listening to a patient is most important in my opinion,” she said. “As providers we’re not just working for patients, we’re working with them. Only through listening can you learn what their true concerns are.”

Stacy received her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Her professional experience includes time at a lung center, work at various emergency departments, and a previous stint at Mount Nittany Health.

“I’m excited to be back,” she said. “I’m so motivated by patient’s resilience. I know they’re struggling and yet they continue to fight. It inspires me every day.”Outside of work Stacy enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have two daughters, ages 13 and 11, that keep busy with sports and school activities. They also have two golden retrievers.
