Rebecca was very nice. I finally got an appointment because of Covid and hadn't gone in a while and they said I had to go back as a new patient. Wasn't happy about that, since they had my records. This appointment went very good. Rebecca and all the nurses are very nice and receptionist are very nice also.

She seemed genuinely concerned that I get an appointment, in spite of "double booking" herself (which was accidental, from what I understand). I am appreciative of the fact that she made the time to see me, especially given the acuteness of my problem.
