Always attuned to the needs of patients, visitors and families, Mount Nittany Medical Center continually changes and grows to stay focused on delivering the very best care.
Most recently, the east wing of the Medical Center expanded to include a three-story tower of single-bed patient rooms. In addition, the cardiac catheterization lab, which provides life-saving interventions to patients with blockages in the heart, was enhanced to provide digital viewing to physicians from other locations.
In the next two years, the construction of an expanded Emergency Department and comprehensive Cancer Pavilion will further enhance the patient experience.
