Mount Nittany Health Surgical Center is an advanced, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center, dedicated to providing the very best care to patients seeking elective outpatient surgery.

We offer a full range of same-day surgical services, including: ENT, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, pain management, urology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Patients receive the highest quality care from more than 90 skilled medical and support staff who are specially trained to care for same-day-surgery patients. All surgeons who practice at the Surgical Center are board-certified experts in their respective fields.

Physicians referring patients to the Surgical Center can simply make a phone call or fax a procedure sheet; we'll take care of the rest. Our experienced staff handles all the details—from pre-admission paperwork, financial arrangements and requests for lab work to scheduling X-rays and tests to registering and preparing patients for their surgery.

To refer a patient to the Surgical Center, simply have your office call us at 814.234.6750 or fax a completed patient reservation form to us at 814.231.7393. Our experienced office staff takes care of the rest.

Patient Medical Information

To avoid unnecessary duplication of tests and assure continuity of care, please forward all pertinent medical information to the Surgical Center when referring a patient.

Follow-up Information

Following the surgery, the surgeon will contact the patient's primary care physician with a summary of findings and recommendations to help resume care of the patient when he or she returns home.
