Centre Region Partners for Health Summit
The Centre County Partnership for Community Health (CCPCH), as Centre County's only PA
State Health Improvement Plan partnership, is hosting a one-day health needs summit for
leaders, elected officials, and experts in human health and wellbeing in the Centre region.
CCPCH's guiding objective is "to assess the health needs of Centre County residents and to
develop data-driven outreach and partnering efforts that will bridge the gaps in service and
eliminate barriers to holistic health."
In keeping with this objective, the goal of the January summit is to bring together key stakeholders
in human health and wellbeing across Centre County to identify, prioritize, and begin
to find solutions for the gaps and needs that exist for residents of the Centre region, especially
for vulnerable and underserved populations.
Additional information about this event, including parking instructions, will be posted to
CCPCH's web site at partnersforhealth.org.
