Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
Course Overview
The BLS course is intended to teach the skills of CPR for
victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier
device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen), use of an
AED on adults and children, and relief of FBAO in
responsive and nonresponsive victims. The course is
designed for healthcare providers who care for people
both in and out of the hospital.
This course is approximately 4 hours in length.

Provider $50.00 (includes text)
Registration
All required paperwork and payment must be received in
Education four weeks before ACLS & PALS classes and three
weeks before BLS classes in order for your registration to be
complete and to assure early delivery of course materials.
Priority registration is given to Mount Nittany Medical Center
employees.
