Hands-Only CPR demo/training
Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere at any time, and you can play an important role in saving someone’s life.
Mount Nittany Health is teaming up with the American Heart Association and the Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Medical Services to teach community members how to perform Hands-Only CPR.
Join Mount Nittany Health at the Home Runs for Heart event with the State College Spikes, where Mount Nittany Health instructors will be providing Hands-Only CPR training and demonstrations.
Performing Hands-Only CPR can double the chance of survival for someone who is experiencing cardiac arrest.
For more information on how you can become a lifesaver, visit AHA’s Hands-Only CPR website.
