Tuesday & Thursday
9:15 am – 11:00 am

Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation is an outpatient service designed for patients with diagnosed cardiovascular disease, including those who have had heart surgery, angioplasty, coronary artery stent replacement, or angina. The program includes carefully monitored progression of exercise, heart health education, and counseling in risk factor modification. Physician referral is required.
