Mount Nittany Medical Center is a 207-bed, acute-care facility offering medical, surgical, diagnostic and community services focused on helping patients reach their health potential. The Medical Center employs about 1,300 skilled healthcare professionals and support staff, and credentials six physicians on our medical staff, as well as more than 250 non-employed physicians in 42 specialties and subspecialties.

While the Medical Center formally recognizes many departments, some services are provided by highly respected small and large private medical practices in the State College area.
