Associates degree in the field of computer science, information science, or management information systems or the equivalent experience. At least 2 year’s effective experience with Microsoft operating system and application software. Previous experience with networking and desktop computing systems. Diverse knowledge of relevant office automation applications is required. Appropriate IT related system configurations are preferred, but not necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
To serve as a lead resource for the Helpdesk team by providing documentation, monitoring trouble-tickets, and coordinating helpdesk resources to align with project timelines.
Internal and external recruitment will occur simultaneously. Flexible hours to meet departmental needs
Weekends and holidays to meet departmental needs
