Bachelor’s degree in Business, or other relevant field preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential. Previous experience in a position that included responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, and coordinating the employment process; one to three years experience required. Preference given to individuals with knowledge of employment laws and previous Human Resources experience. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate creative problem solving skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Primary responsiblity for recruitment/selection/onboarding of individuals for clerical, technical, service, and professional opportunities; other duties include interpretation of policies/procedures, labor agreement, and consulting with managers.
Flexible Daylight Hours; Monday - Friday; Must be able to attend job fairs and recruitment events which may require overnite travel and stays.
