Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience, in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, or related field. Previous benefits/compensation administration experience in an organization of similar size and complexity. Minimum seven years experience is required, including at least two years management experience. Previous experience in integrated health systems and physician practices preferred.
Relevant professional designation (PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CMS) is preferred. Knowledge of human resource laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. Maintains ongoing awareness of developments in benefits, compensation, and human resources practices. Demonstrated record of positive customer interactions and a commitment to service. Well developed written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem solving abilities.
Administer, direct and review benefit and compensation programs for the Health System including integration of benefit and compensation programs. Design, implement, and monitor benefit and compensation programs that contribute to growth and fiscal responsibility by ensuring that pay structures and benefits are competitive, and designed and managed to attract and retain a top-quality workforce. Ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision. Responsible for management of all group benefit plans including retirement program.
