Associate's of Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience working in health care or in a senior level administrative support role. This candidate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting the Physician Recruitment Department. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and will be capable of encouraging, supporting and maintaining a paperless office environment when appropriate. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this position. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. Must have the desire and ability to learn and contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Exhibit a high energy level, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task, planning and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work in accordance with changing deadlines. Valid driver’s license required and means of transportation required.
The ideal candidate will support the growth of the health system by assisting the Physician Recruitment Department with the logistics of the recruitment process to result in the successful placement of physician candidates. This individual will maintain the executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. This individual will welcome guests and potential candidates by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. This candidate will be able to work independently with little supervision. Responsibilities will include sourcing, data entry, travel and lodging coordination. This individual will also be expected to assemble and distribute all collateral materials for recruitment, post and manage website updates, order and distribute supplies and prepare invoices for approval and payment.
