Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma required. Three 3 years cooking experience as a cook or a minimum of 2 years culinary trade school with certificate. Must be proficient in sauces, soups, roasting, meat cutting, sautéing, steaming and all other basic cooking methods. Full understanding of PA state sanitation procedures. Serve Safe sanitation certificate a plus. Knowledge of reading and writing of English language. Must obtain the Serv Safe certification within 1 year of employment.
