Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current RN license preferred with a minimum of four years current experience in a health care setting, preferably acute care; or Bachelors degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work with a minimum of four years experience, preferably in an acute care setting. A Master of Social Work from an accredited school of social work of Master of Science in Nursing and current RN license with a minimum of two years experience in health care setting, acute care setting is preferred. An Associate degree or Diploma RN with a minimum of eight years acute care clinical experience, current RN license, and four years care manager or case manager experience will be considered. Preference is given to previous utilization management experience and care protocols experience. Knowledge of hospital admitting procedures, health care legislationand government/regulatory health related agencies. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly; actively listens; works well with others to solve interpersonal conflicts and problems without need of superiors. Demonstrates ability to collaborate with physicians. Requires excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team. Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems. Demonstrates critical thinking skills. Computer skills are required.

Night / Day 2300 - 0730; Rotation to Day shift as needed.
Holiday Schedule
Every other weekend; Rotating holidays
