New Year’s Resolutions

  • Understand that goals aren’t accomplished right away, and make a plan that involves a step process. Partial successes are just as important.

  • Choose a goal you can keep and that will improve yourself or the community, such as education or volunteer work.

  • Tell as many people as possible about your resolution. With more encouragement along the way, you’ll be less inclined to give up.

  • Reward yourself! Having something to look forward to will motivate you toward your goal.
