Mount Nittany Physician Group welcomes Dr. Fowler, Dr. Kolonich and Dr. Murray

Anthony Cardell, MD, executive director and chief medical officer, Mount Nittany Physician Group, is pleased to announce the addition of three family medicine physicians to Mount Nittany Physician Group’s Mifflin County practice. Eric Fowler, MD; Kimberly Kolonich, MD; and Michael Murray, MD, are joining Mount Nittany Physician Group and will begin practicing in January 2014 in the Physician Group’s new Reedsville location, enabling the physicians to continue a combined 55 years of practice in Mifflin County.

The new facility, at 96 Kish Road in Reedsville, Pa., expands access to care with the Physician Group’s new family medicine practice, as well as Mount Nittany Physician Group Urology, Cardiology and General Surgery. These specialty services will move from their current location at 301 S. Logan Boulevard in Burnham, Pa. to the new location in Reedsville in January 2014, joining the new family medicine practice.

“We are excited to welcome Drs. Fowler, Kolonich and Murray to our group. Their affiliation allows us to expand our facilities and the scope of services for our patients,” said Dr. Cardell. “In addition, we are proud to work with other doctors in the area to serve our patients in Mifflin County, as well as contribute to the local economy.”

Mount Nittany Physician Group has provided cardiology and urology services in Mifflin County since 2011, and has recently grown with the addition of general surgery services this year.
