Mount Nittany Golf Classic Committee Announces More Chances to Win

Mount Nittany Medical Center’s Golf Classic committee is happy to announce the 2nd annual Golf Raffle to benefit Mount Nittany Medical Center’s Cancer Program.* The first grand prize giveaway, valued at $900, includes golfing at Tom’s Run Golf Course at Chestnut Ridge Country Club, located in Blairsville, PA, a $50 Sheetz gas card and hotel accommodations for four at The Hampton Inn at Chestnut Ridge. The second place package, valued at $500, includes unlimited golf for two at Omni Springs Bedford Resort, one night stay with breakfast, $50 pro shop credit and a $50 Sheetz gift card. In addition to the grand prizes, there are 16 other chances to win golf rounds at regional courses.

Raffle tickets are available now through August 21, 2010. Prizes will be drawn during the 20th Anniversary Mount Nittany Medical Center Golf Classic Awards Dinner on August 21 at the Penn State Golf Courses. Raffle tickets are $25 and can be purchased from any Golf Classic Committee member, Burning Tee Golf League member or by calling The Foundation for Mount Nittany Medical Center at 814.234.6777 or golf@mountnittany.org. Winners need not be present to win.

  • More than 16 chances to win rounds of golf from the following locations: Clinton Country Club, Down River Golf Course, Elks Country Club, Hanover Country Club, Hershey Golf Collection, Huntingdon Country Club, Penn State Golf Courses, Philipsburg Country Club, Sinking Valley Country Club, Toftrees Country Club and Sunnehanna Country Club.
*A portion of the proceeds will benefit Penn State Golf Courses’ Burning Tee Golf League, whose members are assisting in the sale of the raffle tickets.

The Foundation’s 21st Annual Golf Tournament raised $150,000 for the new Cancer Center.
