Life After Breast Cancer

After surviving breast cancer, patients can get back to the familiarity of life before cancer, as well as face a whole new world as a survivor. Here are some ways to adjust to your cancer-free lifestyle.

Do not expect the fatigue and confusion associated with chemo to go away overnight – it often takes months before a survivor reaches her “new normal”

Keep your stress level down during recovery – it will help you overcome the chemo effects faster.
