CCPCH collaborating with Mount Nittany Health for first health summit

Mount Nittany Health is currently in the process of conducting a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and will report its findings to the community and to the Internal Revenue Service in 2013. Mount Nittany Health must complete a comprehensive CHNA that includes community partnerships at least once every three years. As part of this ongoing CHNA cycle, Mount Nittany Health will be collaborating with the Centre County Partnership for Community Health (CCPCH) to host the first Centre Region Partners for Health Summit on February 25 at the Galen and Nancy Dreibelbis Auditorium. This forum will bring together human health-related stakeholders in our community who will discuss the needs, gaps, solutions and progress toward meeting identified needs.
