As part of its strategic plan, Mount Nittany Health developed Mount Nittany Physician Group to recruit and retain physicians to the region.

To date, more than 65 physicians and 200 support staff make up Mount Nittany Physician Group in 12 locations. The group grew exponentially with the addition of physicians from State College Urology, Guillard Medical Group and Centre Medical and Surgical Associates.
